    Written proposal: architecture, milestones, real price, real timeline. No "starting from $X" games, no scope creep clauses.

    2 – 8 wk

    Daily Loom updates, weekly milestone reviews, shared GitHub from day one. You watch it come together, not a finished reveal.

    + handoff
